Jared Brimhall

Head Coach

Jared took a recreational team in National Youth Sports and turned it into the Vendetta softball organization, which he built into a winner, and later was head coach of the Arizona Outlaws Elite. He has a track record of taking teams to nationals and girls going on to the next level. Jared is a sales manager.

Dina Samora

Assistant Coach

Dina played  softball at Tolleson High School, but after being cut before her senior season, she played at South Mountain Community College. She passed on scholarship offers from New Mexico and Kansas to complete her schooling at the University of Arizona.  Dina is human resources service manager at Circle K and the junior varsity softball coach at McClintock High School. She formerly coached the Horizon Honors varsity. She works with Vendetta catchers and pitchers.

Frank Cornett

Assistant Coach

Frank Cornett is in his second season as an assistant coach for Vendetta. He previously coached Rage. Frank works for Salt River Project.

Andi Blodgett

Graduate Assistant

Andi Blodgett spent three full seasons and parts of two others with Soul and Vendetta as the starting catcher and holds many club records. She was a three-year letter winner and the first team All-Academic Arizona catcher as a senior at McClintock High School. She played collegiately at Chowan University in North Carolina, where she was second team all-conference as a designated player. She majors in elementary education. She assists Dina Samora in coaching the junior varsity at McClintock.

Kelsey Melton

Graduate assistant

Kelsey played shortstop and was a clutch hitter for Vendetta during 2017 but a knee injury ended her career. Kelsey is a graduate of Xavier College Prep and attends Northern Arizona University, where she is a hotel and restaurant management major.

Tom Blodgett

Director of Operations

Tom is an ACE certified coach in his 11th year coaching youth baseball and softball. Tom was the president of Tempe Rio Salado Little League for three years and was Arizona District 13 Little League’s assistant district administrator for softball before helping establish Soul in 2012.  Tom is the editor of the Gilbert edition of Community Impact newspaper and is the editorial adviser for Student Media at Arizona State University and an instructional professional at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State. He also serves as a contributing writer to Behind the Plate Softball. He is the former high school sports editor at azcentral sports.
